Job Opportunities:

SureQuest Systems has great opportunities for Sales positions to join our Team.

  • Responsible for customer outreach in support of SureQuest Systems, Inc. sales and revenue goals.
  • Execute sales campaigns through outbound calling, email, networking and building centers of influence to drive market behavior.
  • Partner directly with Sales Manager and Account Managers to drive business and will be responsible for maintaining current and accurate information regarding prospects and customers in SalesForce.com.
  •  Grow the SQ customer base and drive sales to meet Company revenue objectives.
  • Utilize lead management programs to accurately track and measure qualified leads, as well as prospect and engage with new leads.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and providing guidance on SQ’s product value proposition.
  • Leverage a collaborative team selling approach to optimize the timeline and effort needed to qualify and close new business.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to maximize revenue potential.
  • Prep customer interest for a variety of product options by aiming to fully understand pain points and identify possible SQ solutions to be further presented and closed by Sales.
  • Engage with the Sales Manager and other key team members to plan and execute strategies in growing the customer base.
  • Develop and refine messaging approaches and tactics to target specific accounts for future sales closings.
  • Work with Marketing to provide proper tools for potential customers.
  • Provide the inside value and advantages from the perspective of existing customers.
  • Ensure regular and on-going accurate customer data, touchpoint summaries and other key customer intelligence is available and leveraged in SalesForce.
  • Work with customers on an on-going basis to maintain relationships and determine upsell opportunities.
  • Follow all internal sales processes to achieve consistent messaging and marketing of SQ solutions.
  • Represent SQ at industry events and conferences.
  • Support and promote SQ values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Attend to other initiatives and goals as assigned.
  • Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Drive to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals or objectives. Demonstrated ability to cultivate accounts to close. Strong presentation skills with articulate, clear messaging of SQ Solutions position. Experienced and proven comfort level in communicating via phone to senior level contacts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively deliver both verbal and written communication unscripted. Strong MS Office Experience. Salesforce CRM experience. Ability to compile, analyze and report on commons sales metrics. Detail oriented, ability to prioritize and operate in an organized manner. Ability to leverage shared resources and operate as a team player. Develop strategic business decision-making experience.
