- Dietary Management of residents (dislikes and allergies, special requests, portion sizing, etc.) as well as weight tracking with corresponding reports.
- Diet, menu, recipe and ingredient management, including therapeutic modifications (spreads) with corresponding nutritional information.
- Management of non-selective menus: Tray Menus are specific to each resident/meal/diet order and reflect foods based on preferences entered into the system.

Alma Sudderth, MS, RD/LD, Chief Operating Officer
Alma has more than 25 years of experience in the dietary and nutrition industry and has had experience as a clinical dietitian with major medical centers in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas. She is one of the company’s founders and has extensive knowledge in improving the kitchen operations of all healthcare facilities through an intelligent and cost-effective use of technology.
