Does your software print tray tickets?
ThreeSquares™- SureQuest’s OnDemand Dining Management Software System prints disposable tray menus! A tray menu is a tray ticket with the actual menu items each resident is to be served based on their likes and dislikes, diet and allergy restrictions, AND all these menu items are included on production summaries for that meal!
Can your software print nourishment labels?
Our software systems not only provide nourishment labels, you can also print production sheets and summaries for your nourishments! Save time by knowing exactly what you need to pull to prepare all snacks. Then print the Snack Delivery Roster and have the staff document delivery and consumption. ThreeSquares™- SureQuest’s OnDemand Dining Management Software System comes preloaded with over 6000 HACCP recipes, including ethnic, vegetarian, diabetic, mechanical and puree recipes, as well as a standard 4-week menu cycles complete with diet extensions. You can use the preloaded information, as it is, change it to meet your facility specifications, delete the information or add your own data as required.
Is there a way to cost my menus and recipes?
The addition of the financial componant allows specific vendor pricing to uploaded into ThreeSquares™- SureQuest’s OnDemand Dining Management Software System. With that you can accurately cost your menus and recipes any time you want with just a click of the mouse! You can even view the menu cost onscreen as you build your menus to ensure you are within your budget! Does your software have weight tracking capabilities?
ThreeSquares™- SureQuest’s OnDemand Dining Management Software System not only records your residents’ weights, the program graphs resident weights, automatically calculates weight losses and will provide critical MDS weight loss reports!
How much does your software cost?
Software pricing depends on whether you are interested in single or multi-user and what componants you choose. What type of training do you offer?
SureQuest offers on-site software training, training at our corporate offices in Dallas, and training via the Internet. Certified SureQuest trainers are food service professionals, Dietetic Technicians and Registered Dietitians, with experience in food service management. The number of days of training depends on the SureQuest software you select. Click Products & Services/Client Training for more information about our training program.
How long does it take to get your system implemented?
SureQuest’s browser-based program, ThreeSquares™- SureQuest’s OnDemand Dining Management Software System, comes preloaded with food, recipe and menu data to help clients with faster implementation. If you choose to use your own proprietary recipes and menus, you have the option of loading the data yourself or contracting it to SureQuest’s Data Input Service. By utilizing our Data Input Service you can have your recipe and menu data loaded prior to your system training. If you elect to enter the data yourself, it depends on the amount of data you elect to enter and the resources you devote to the process. Most facilities, doing their own data load, are utilizing the system within 4-8 weeks of training. Facilities that contract their data input to SureQuest are up and running 1-2 weeks after training and in some cases, the same week that training occurs.
