This software is so easy to use! The staff never has issues and finds the program very user-friendly. I’ve used ThreeSquares™ installed software since 2008 and everything I can say about SureQuest’s products, services, and staff is positive.

I use the software in my Long Term Care, Short Term Care, and Day Care facilities to accurately track resident likes, dislikes, and diet needs. I love being able to see all dietary information from one central location rather than having to check several different locations. I also really enjoy the flexibility of the software; when we have picky eaters, I can reassure them that they will get exactly what they want no matter how frequently they change their minds! Any changes are reflected in the menu and printed tray tickets for each resident immediately.

I’ve had very few technical issues, but when I do SureQuest staff has been great to work with. They answer phone calls promptly and can quickly fix any difficulties I experience.

To effectively manage food costs one must consider more than the daily menu.  Our Resident menus are customized with considerations to food preferences and nutritional needs based on diagnosis.  These snacks and extras can significantly increase the food cost, and must be monitored for effectiveness.

I have used SureAssess™ – SureQuest’s Nutrition and Assessment Diagnosis Software System for over 6 years and found it to be the focal point of my clinical assessment. The program greatly decreased the time required to complete an initial assessment and provided trends and clinical history when performing quarterly assessments. The program assisted in tracking weight records, helped to determine when residents were considered at high nutritional risk, and provided food/drug interactions. It helped me to be proactive in prevention of weight loss and promotion of wound healing.

By using SureAssess™ – SureQuest’s Nutrition and Assessment Diagnosis Software System I had additional time to spend interacting with residents, providing a better quality of life for the residents and increased resident and family satisfaction. I have quarterly and annual Care Plan meetings with our Long Term and Rehabilitation residents. It’s totally awesome to have resident weight, nutritional history & resident customized menu reports available to review with families during Care Plan to show them how well their loved one is doing.
