SureQuest’s ThreeSquares is an excellent program that our long-term care facility has been using for two years. It is user friendly and I can perform necessary dietary functions fast and efficiently.

It’s perfect for any long-term facility as well as any acute care facility since it provides client-specific meal delivery using ‘smart’ tray tickets that are easily generated and printed. Our residents are delighted when we use these ‘smart’ tray tickets to send a HAPPY BIRTHDAY GREETING on their special day.

I can create therapeutic and texture modified diets according to clients’ needs and diets can be modified creating a custom menu according to client’s individual preferences, food dislikes, and allergies.

With this software you are immediately able to view the nutrient content of each food item served. Before ThreeSquares this information was scattered in many locations and I spent hours locating and calculating this information.

Today I can easily and quickly add my own recipes or adjust the existing ones, whenever needed, so I can serve the cultural favorites, like Borscht, that keep my residents happy. They know we care!

I have used SureAssess for over 6 years and found it to be the focal point of my clinical assessment. The program greatly decreased the time required to complete an initial assessment and provided trends and clinical history when performing quarterly assessments. The program assisted in tracking weight records, helped to determine when residents were considered at high nutritional risk, and provided food/drug interactions. It helped me to be proactive in prevention of weight loss and promotion of wound healing.
