Training Classes – Webinars

SureQuest provides internet training and informational seminars about the functionality and purpose of our broad range of products and services.  The programs are designed to give, not only instructional information about the actual use of the product, but to provide “Best Practices” technique and suggestions as well.  In addition to these broad based instructional “webinars”, SureQuest designs specific and customized training programs for customers upon request and Corporate Training programs designed to facilitate the standardization of procedures and usage technique throughout the corporate user group.  In most cases SureQuest’s education web seminar programs are pre-approved for CPE credit hours.  Contact our training department at 800-383-1999, ext 209 or training@surequest.com for additional details or to suggest additions to scheduled programming that you would like to see made available.

Surequest Certified Trainers

SureQuest Certified Trainers go through an extraordinary certification process in order to be fully prepared to train customers on all ThreeSquares® software. Individualized or group training is available at your Facility or Corporate Offices – or – at SureQuest’s corporate headquarters, located in Dallas, Texas. Online or “Webinar” training is also available via the Internet.

Our training program, complimented by intelligently-designed user documentation manuals, is staffed by experienced Registered Dietitians, Certified Dietary Managers and other food service professionals dedicated to training our customers thoroughly in the use of SureQuest’s software management systems.

In order to assure that every customer is trained properly, we require all software customers to participate in a 1-5 day training program, depending on the software selected.
